The Beaches is entered via the front door at street level which consists of a 20mm step and a 20mm bottom section of the 815mm wide door frame. There is a similar width inner door with no step.

 

The ground floor is level all the way through now to the rear kitchen door.

Bedroom 1 is located on this ground floor with access via a 800mm door. The en-suite has a 790mm width door giving access to a toilet, low level washbasin and 1000mm wide shower. The shower tray has a step of 90mm and bi-fold doors and hand-rail for aiding entry and exit.

Bedroom 3 is entered via a 760mm wide door leading to a corridor of which is the en-suite bathroom is accessed via a 780mm wide door. The shower is 1200mm by 900mm with a pivotal door and an outer step of 40mm and the shower tray lip of 30mm.

Bedroom 4 is up the additional 3 steps and entered via an 800mm wide door. The en-suite door is 790mm with the 1000mm wide shower having a bifold door and 90mm shower tray step.
